Kanika Sahil Pabby- Co-Founder and Design & Creative Head
A research student at heart, raised in an entrepreneurial setup and a Mother of two boys, Kanika chose to bridge the gap between sustainable and purposeful toys. Putting her experience and research to work, she aims to make learning the most wanted part of both the child's and parent’s day. Learning from her journey with her kids, through this brand, she wants to put an end to Toxic plastic, inappropriate toys. Every Play Chapter toy is first conceived in her brain and then put to execution keeping in mind the age and skill it should impart to the child resulting in independent and creative mind development.
Rati Leekha- Co-Founder and Product Development Head
Her years of experience in textiles make her the perfect person to search for and sometimes even develop the best and safest material for little hands. She delves into the work with thorough knowledge of the material along with the details like stitches and knots. Her most exquisite skill is working on zero waste. She is a master in blending design and curation resulting in the development of the most purposeful and aesthetically rich product.
Arjun- Procurement & Operations Head
If there is one word that defines Arjun, it is ‘perfection’. He does not rest till he is able to procure the best material be it wood or child-safe cloth. He understands every design minutely and procures suitable material for execution. Having years of experience in manufacturing, he is totally thorough with the smooth running of operations. It is because of him that we are able to produce, pack and dispatch the products on time and in the perfect state.
Sahil - Sales & Marketing Head
The sales and Marketing department is the backbone of any organization and we indeed have a very strong one. The most outgoing of the lot, Sahil knows very well when and where to hit the nail. He is quick to form collaborations and deliver his pitch with full promise of quality and competitive pricing. His on-the-toe attitude keeps the whole team alert and makes sure that the work never stops and that we are able to generate the most impactful experience for you.
Kritika - Visual Identity & Aesthetics Head
After all the efforts put in by the production team, Kritika makes sure that the products and the Brand looks visually attractive and aesthetically organic. Her personality resonates with the brand ideology of curating organic and sustainable toys. She is well experienced in attaining the perfect coding for solving all our IT issues. The cherry on top is her skill, to visualize the brand in totality and make the process of production to delivery look so alluring through her tasteful selection of colors, fonts, and pictures. With her, the team is assured of an identity that is natural and technically updated.
